TRAFIK !!
Featuring:DJ TRACE (DSCI4 UK)
Trace was introduced to the dance seen when he was just 13 years old getting involved in the then massive Acid House Rennaisance, listening to artists such as Grooverider and Fabio.
Trace quickly caught the DJ and production bug his first tune "Inception" sold over 1000 copies on its first day of release on whitelabel and he was still a tennager at the time.
It was soon after he collaborated with massive DJ and Producer LTJ Bukem to co-produce and release "Teach Me To Fly". Inspired, Trace moved into some darker edgier sounds of Jungle creating what is now known as "Tech" or "Tech Step" a sound characterised by is dark mood and often techno influenced production. "With massive tunes like "Sonar" on Prototype(Groveriders label) and the often remixed "Mutant" Trace has set a very high standard amongst his peers. Looking to increase his abbility to control the sound and help other budding artists Trace created his own labe DSCI4 recordings and has kept the fires burning ever since.
A huge name all over the world especially in America as he was involved in pioneering Jungle/DnB there.
Trace continues to break the mould and redifines the meaning Tech with every release, Be sure Trace's club sets are relentlessly hard and deep beyond compare... no wonder so many of the worlds major artists remain humble when they hear his name.
