The Summer Festival season is almost up us, and to help the hundreds of thousands of festival goers get into the spirit of the season, LIMELITE and Central Station Records present a definitive guide to the sound track of summer.
The release is compiled and mixed by Vandals and Jeff Drake. With residencies at Onelove, Hugo’s, Favela, Sounds On Sunday and more, Vandals are increasingly in demand as one of Sydney’s hottest block-rocking mash up duos.
Jeff Drake is fast emerging as one of the new breed of Australian DJ superstars. His single ‘Rollover Rockstar’ reached #19 on the ARIA Club Chart this year, while his residencies at Chinese Laundry and Moulin Rouge, and guest appearances at clubs and festivals around the nation will only add to the profile of this timely release.
The Vandals bring party mayhem, bad hair dos/donts and conflicting fashion sense, all wrapped up in a love of music - party music, serious music, hip hop, hip house, blog house, fidget, baltimore, indie, rock, pop, ghetto, tech and even electro (no - not electro i hear you gasp).
They like to party and they LOVE to rock the party. All this as well as Zelimir (The Artist formally known as DECKz) team up to make January 18th one night of mayhem for LIMELITE @ Metropolis Fremantle.
