DJ Wag aka Yakooza (Traffic Tunes, Germany)

DJ Wag is an artist at the forefront of the German hard trance scene.
Starting his DJ career in 1989 at Lopos Werkstatt in Darmstadt
before moving to Frankfurt where he honed his production skills releasing tracks on the influential Abfahrt and Overdose labels.

The first DJ Wag single in 1998, 'Man On The Moon', instantly catapaulted him into the A league of hard trance producers along with fellow compatriots Scot Project and Cosmic Gate. Wag's second Yakooza project spawned the worldwide hit 'Cocaine' as well as the hard trance anthems 'French Kiss' and 'Lovin' You'.

Wag created his own label 'Traffic Tunes' in 2005 and had instantaneous success with the debut release the massive Yakooza track 'I Wanna Feel' and the much anticipated remixes of ‘Cocaine’ including a mix by Scot Project.

As a DJ Wag has toured the world since 2002 playing huge festivals to intimate club gigs. Wag’s DJ sets are tight, techy, experimental and will take you on a journey. This is banging it out with a difference… with class, with bass, with passion and above all experience!.
