Our DJ list lately reads like a who’s who of the dance world; Axwell, Tommy Sunshine, Dirty South, Richard Grey, Andy Murphy, Stafford Brothers and Mark Brown(MYNC Project) but we’ve enough of BBQ’s at Limelite, enough sausage on stage, so we’ve decided were going glamorous, stylish and damn sexy. Limelite is proud to present a seriously hot night of femininity with Sarah Main (Pacha), Lisa Loud (UK) and our own local prodigy Mel B (Perth).
We might have the extra odd mini-marquee walking around come February 15th but its nothing different than what normally goes on at Limelite. We just thought it’d be time we let the ladies do their thing, straddle our decks and take us somewhere else for a few hours.
Mel B
Hailing from Perth, One half of local diva duo MEL B gears up to bring her unique style to the limelite stage and show what Perth’s sexy female DJ are all about. Pushing high-energy house tunes teamed with an attitude of rockstar wanting to be famous, Mel B knows a thing or two about how to rock a dance floor. 2008 has already seen Mel B top off the HED KANDI tour as well playing back to back with Alan Thompson at the crazy afterparty gig.

Pete Tong calls her his queen, Ibiza calls her its own but Sydney product Sarah Main is set to bring what she does best all the way to Perth for one night of Limeliting she is bound to never forget.
Amazingly, 1999 saw Sarah take the boat trip of her life to the island and the rest is history. 2005 brought Sarah a residency alongside Pete Tong at Pacha’s flagship weekly event, Pure Pacha and the pair were eventually responsible for the release of the third Pure Pacha compilation in 2007. Sarah is fastly becoming one of the most recognizable female DJ’s in the world. She has played in over 30 countries and on every continent (except Antarctica), from touring Asia, to playing at the Cross in London, Zouk in Singapore, Creamfields in Liverpool, La Rocca in Belgium, Pacha in New York, and Trilogy in Dubai.
Lisa Loud
With her signature style of pumped up electrifying beats and fat, deep, vibrating bass, Limelite hands over the headphones and see's Lisa Loud straddle our decks through to the wee hours of Saturday morning.
With a travel diary spanning Eastern Europe to South East Asia , Miss Loud truly seems to be having the time of her life, swaying easily between the Glitterati of Milan to the discerning dance floors of Ibiza, racking in the frequent flyer points and reminding everyone why she truly is the queen of dance. Lisa combines glamour, sophistication and a seriously seductive sound, making sure you walk straight down the servo for some blister cream and a few band-aids.
Beating the crap out of crowds for the last 15 years, Loud is widely revered, regarded and admired as one of the UK's top female DJ's, persuaded by none other than Mr Oakenfold himself to finally take the leap, plug in a pair of headphones and learn the art of DJ'ing after a love affair with everything from Motown to Tribal.
With a donation of records and OAKENFOLDS confidence, Lisa soon became his protégé, opening at legendary clubs such as "FUTURE" in the Soundshaft and "SPECTRUM" at Heaven. These old school joints, along with Danny Ramplings "SHOOM" are the instigators to what todays punters are only privileged to be apart of.
