He’s been described as the one KIDD to really keep your eye out for in 2009, having already destroyed Australian dance floors with the epic anthem “Now You’re Gone” w/ Felix Baumgartner feat Lisa Millet . He is Juan Kidd and his brand of upfront tech & uplifting house looks like it’s here to stay. He certainly has all his fingers in all the right pies, just ask Fatboy Slim, Zoo Brazil, Afrojack, Steve Angello, Paul Van Dyk and now the OneLove boys having asked him to mix CD2 on the up and coming Smash Your Stereo 2009 compilation.
If there was one thing Juan Kidd can ultimately lay claim too however, it is to the fact that he remains one of only an elite few to have bootlegged a Faithless record and received the seal of approval from Sister Bliss herself. Pete Tong and Mark Brown seem to think the same thing, having both pushed the monster hard in Miami this year.
Along with his monthly residency at Manchester’s most notorious house club Sankey’s, 2009 has seen Kidd tour South America and Australia, play at Ibiza’s finest Space, Bora Bora, Pacha and welcomed as a guest this summer at Subliminal @ Pacha.
