The nachos in the Carillion Food Court are the best in the world, but the little man who sells them will not give me his recipe for Acupolco Chicken!#@!

elhornet - still gotta disagree on those nachos - you should taste mine!
i got the chilli ones a few weeks ago - there were very good (but curses to the person i got them with who asked them to be really, really hot)
most people seem to like cosmos kebabs - but i was not happy with the quality of the chikun kebabs.

if we're talking about kebabs... then I had really yummy kebab the other night... canning hwy opposite maccas (the one closer to freo, please dont ask me what area it's in...) there's a burger place next to it, and a recycled clothing shop... very yummy
oh, and my nachos kick ass!! I make them properly with guacemole, proper beef chilli, sour cream, cheese, salsa the worx!!
oh... and just to make this post relevent, I don't really have a tune of the year... I have tracks which i listen to for about a week or two weeks solid... but then I get bored
ok, for me
Meat Katie: Work ya Body
Plumps: Bumper
JBT (for u Html): Betterman
Ink & Dylan : Need you (?)
about 10 tracks I heard at Lee Coombs Fri night but could not tell you the name of (though a few were off the album)
Kings of Tomorrow : Finally (but only when Ralph or Dan *drool* plays it)
etcetera etcetera (King & I style...)
IS THAT THE PLACE next door to ziggy's pizza ?
best pizza south of the river that place..
bonnie0908
17-10-2001, 02:06 PM
you know it just might be... there's a burger place and a pizza place and a kebab place... all opposite maccas
best pizza you reckon?? might have to give it a go...
oh, and it's just too hard to pick a fave... the ones I listed up above were only my faves for about a week or 2... and they were the only ones I could think of off the top of my head..
too hard a question

in City Arc. food court you can sit on the balcony and chow down either on chicken, beef, chilli or just plain nachos. I tried them one night... not bad, but still not too good... you just dump like two sachet things of sauce (one cheesy, one tomato)... then heat and serve.
wouldn't recommend them, and will never eat them again.

One tune that rocked this year was a B-side that Schummacher played at electric. The first track was called Spoof. I thought that it rocked, pitty he didn't keep the rest of the set at the same level!
Anyone know who it's by?
Apparently i've been on "the bandwagon" all this time, i hope it's going somewhere new and exciting, like la la land. Here are a couple of records i think are rather swell. (they still make records you know, wow!)

They've got one album out called 'Behind The Mask', have just recently released two new tracks, 'Magnetic Fields' and 'Vacation Time' on Spiral Trax (weird huh?) theFew people are going on about it but I don't think it's making too big a stir. theThey are nice tracks though, nothing like the typical Talamasca style (no thick rolling basslines or pounding kicks) but its an interesting new direction and certainly shows off his talent as a producer. the
I have heard that S-Range track and while I can appreciate minimal something about it just gel with me..I think I just get bored too quickly. theHave you ever seen them live?
Oh and I forgot...there are reports that a new Talamasca album will be released soon. No other news on it though.

I've only seen the people that have been to Perth. I know people who've seen Infected live... seen pictures... Wished I was there!!!
I really love the new Scando sounds, but saying that I do love the nasty stuff too, I hear that Tim Schult is releasing a newie early next year under Four Carry Nuts. I'd love to see Dino Psars DJ. From what I hear he thinks he's the best Psy DJ in the world!!! Don't think that I'd go that far, but it'd be good to see so fresh Psy in Perth!

so far, its a toss up between :
Henrik B - Hardwired (Illgorythm)
Tomaz v Filterheadz - Latin Loopworks (Session)
I'm also a DIEHARD fan of the more funky jumpup tunes (that's a pretty loose subgenre description...)
such as:
Moving Fusion - Lazy Bones (My personal fave of the moment)
DJ Hyper - Once Again (mentioned before...)
Andy C + Shimon - Body Rock (an oldie but a goody)
then there's other classics...
Ed Rush + Optical - Kerbcrawler
Andy C - Pacman (with someone else??)
Bad Company - Spider
and on a completely different tangent...
Greg Packer - Moments
I'll stop now http://www.teknoscape.com.au/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

PKING as always bang on the money! That track is a killer, especially the Paul Glazby mix, which is really a Dynamic Intervention remix, but he doesn't get credit for his engineering except his real name on the back of the sleeve! (bit unfair really) I played that tune at Enchanted last night & it went mental 3000 people in the the NRG Arena going nuts!
Booyakasha, I'm still amped from it! =)

My Fav tune this year would have to be 'Drugface' by Uber Druck. (I'm not real sure if this is the correct title and artist).
I LOVE IT!
I'll stop now http://www.teknoscape.com.au/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
There's too many good tunes! This is why I like my dnb...
I like the softer stuff too... but i'll spare you more track listings.
Body Rock ?
Lazy Bones ? -jumpup?http://www.teknoscape.com.au/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/confused.gif
They bore me anyway.
as does Thunderball.
I don't mind Spacehopper though.
I thought Pacman was by Ed rush & Optical not AndyC, aparently AndyC was remixing it. Maybe I'm wrong. ??

Thunderball is on the CD I gave you!
Do you like the rest of it?
Most of it is mampi.
