I bought drukqs by Aphex Twin last week and I haven't been able to stop listening to it! It's fucking incredible!
a couple of CD copies of some tribal house & break beats mixes have been getting a steady listen as well but i don't know their names.
what r some other new releases that r worth checking out?

Why buy when you can download?!
cause it means the artist gets money ?
therefore artist eats, drinks, bees merry, makes more music?

I buy electronic music on vinyl.
Band music I buy on CD, and I'm sure your opinion on punk has been duly ignored.

...yeah, I'll be going for the MOS chillout album 2002...this time, they're making it an annual affair due to the popularity of the previous two...have to say, surfing the net with them on in the background- class. thehttp://www.teknoscape.com.au/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
Hefner - Residue.
I have the strangest feeling I've answered this before.

Various - Hidden Rooms 2 (Certificate 18).
Some great tracks on here by producers who are still going strong today (Klute, Teebee, Mainline, Lexis). If you have Hidden Rooms 3 on CD, Doc Scott's mix on the 2nd CD showcases a lot of tracks from this compilation.

I don't know that one in particular, but anything layo & bushwacka is pretty good.
I got a free cd off the cover of Muzik magazine - it looked dodgy because it was called Ibizia, but it said mixed by layo & bushwack and it is wicked. Not Ibizia-sounding at all.
Last cd i bought was the Underground Explosion cd which is weird cos its hardly underground at all...all cds with the word underground on it are always full of it. But i dont care, i wanted some cheesy commercial lovey dovey 2 step tunes neway.

James, is that the "BACK TO THE OLD SCHOOL" double cd with the big smily face on the front?
I saw Volume 1 & 2 in Centrals the other day, it had a Ministry Of Sound sticker on it, is it released by them? Either way it looked like a really good compilation, if it's the same one you got then I might have to scam a burnt copy off you!
$$$!

Last CD i bought was DJ Kicks:Stereo MC's... I've been too poor to buy vinyl or CD's for ages.

John B's new CD is all over the place. I really regret not seeing him now.
I also got a Aussie Hip Hop CD called Culture of Kings. It's something I'm really getting in2. Aussie Hip Hop is so casual yet so lyrical. Big things will happen.
