now i have had a look @ dogsonacid , doing a search on 'zinc' found a thread 'zinc mix feb 2002' . .

and someone seems to think that it could be a remix of PFM (progressive future music - mike bolton)'s track ONE & ONLY, which you can listen to a snippet of here:

is that the one you are looking for ?

if so you can get either that version on Producer 02: PFM , from all good record stores, or the original version on LOGICAL PROGRESSION LEVEL 1, but you will never ever be able to get that in vinyl , legitimately, or at least not for a few years..
if that's what it is. . .that is. . .
