i like the pads and synths youve got there.
i think the snare sounds too quiet/hidden (to my ears) - whether it could be improved by layering or some eq work, or even a volume boost, i'm not sure

cheers. the snare sounds ok to me but thats probably because of my crappy speakers.

snare too quiet?
hmm..
Overall I like it. mmmm... choppy beats. :)
Criticism wise - Transitions need work. Currently very stock standard.. for instance the crash on the breakdown and the backwards crash before the drop. Could do a lot more with that beat fill wise. Pad is a bit repeatative.. maybe change patches a bit.
Other than that.. lots of potential.

Hmmmm...good intro work with the atmospherics.
Really reminds me of some of DJ Kalm's work...good stuff mate:thumbsup:

I like the little stabby melody thing that comes in at the end you could play aroond with that loads and have it kicking in with the main beat. Done on Reason?:hehe:

thanks for the input, much appreciated :) that clip was only 2 hours after i started the tune from scratch, so yeah its a little bit rough...ive finished the bulk of the sequencing and i am going to work on it some more, taking into account whats been said here. cheers.
BigKirky: im still flying the fruityloops flag...no matter how much i use other programs i still come back to it in the end :p

Nothing wrong with the snare in my opinion.
My only say is that mebbe in the breakdown biuldup the atmospherics a bit into the drop or maybe make the riff that starts in the breakdown a bit more louder.
Apart from that sounds it good mayte.
