I don't work for them or anything, But i'm on the mailing list and got a pamphlet in the mail, anyway surround sound midland is having a closing down sale, pretty much everything is reduced some of the prices seem pretty good for high end A/V gear

thanks for the heads up discount, i finally managed to go to this today,it was INSANE.

so bloody busy, people were getting ripped off royally. $80 for a 1m of 3rca with a "HDTV ready" sticker on the packaging? lols! $1200 for some average looking JBL towers. ouch.

i wanted to upgrade my sennheisers, but the HD600's were so inflated it was shocking, even with 10% off.

i was expecting cost + $500. but it was just retail minus a few hundred!
it was chaos, numbers were just being rattled off the top of salesmans heads.

they only reason i went was to see their McIntosh valve range, which they fucking hid out the back!
all the Linn components werent even plugged in :(
