I'm pretty new to the whole rave scene, and so far, every act I've seen (That I can remember) has been really good...there's a hell of a lot of Drum + Bass in Perth, which is great, but I'd love to see a more 'gothic' set at a rave, maybe someone like Trent Reznor to create a much darker, more menacing atmosphere...in fact, Trent Reznor, followed by Billy Corgan and then Tom Lord-Alge (who is so far the only person to have ever remixed a Marilyn Manson song into a hardcore format you can actually dance to), one night only, in the goth tent, or whatever the hell you'd call it...I'd pay millions to see that

*sigh*

guess ya can't have everything...what would be YOUR dream line up? Yes, YOU

I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living,
it's a way of looking at life through the wrong end of the telescope. Which is what I do,
and that enables you to laugh at life's reality.

no way! thats just like 5mins walk from me.....
when was that???
saw ff just the other month. absolutley crankin. played alla mi favourites, even a few oldies.
one of the best gigs i saw apart from them was deftones of all bands, wicked energy. as far as non dnb live acts go my best ones have been ff, deftones, soulfly and just the other day crystal method....they ruled.

Dont know bout the times but these r what I'd wanna see in my perfect party:

Internationals:

Lab-4 (yes,yes,yes!!!!!&#33
Tony De Vit (I know, I know..impossible.. )
Karim (now I dont care what anyone says! )
Jon Doe (u know why)
Tinrib (obvious choice..)
Andy Farley (grrrr....and he was here but no one did anything...I'm quite angry bout that Damo&#33
Madam Zu
Tiesto
Yosef
Dave Clarke
Faithless
Prodigy (the good stuff)

hmmm...there's prolly more but these r the ones I could think of..

Locals:
Weavy
Freestyle
DirectX
Lumberjack

From Finland:
DJ Orkidea
Proteus (gotta love the man wit that kinda look..)
Neon
TAB

+ I'd have a d&b and a hardcore room too cos I know how much my mates love them but line-up would be done by sum1 who'd know more bout them...

Hey Zara,

I couldn't do anything about Andy Farley, as I was in Adelaide at the time. I did get to play alongside him though & he provided the best set of the night in my opinion. (sorry to rub it in! )

Stacey Pullen would warm up and then I'd have Sven V鋞h, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke and Laurent Garnier play 10h b2b2b2b in my garage. Jori Hulkkonen and Satoshi Tomiie would take care of the outdoor chillout.

Nice one zara, you'd have Proteus and Neon playing Lab-4's and Tony de Vit's records and then have them play

Btw. what's happened to your hardhouse only attitude?

why have 2 rooms?

so you can have your alltime favourite artists playing and have to miss half of them?
