I have heard that D5 has been used as a sort of "quick fix" for depression. That's why GPs aren't allowed to prescribe them anymore
The best thing about them is you don't have to take them if you don't feel you need them. I am pretty much only taking them if I am at work, or if I feel paticularly scattered and no doubt they will help me study if I get into uni.

It's just with true anxiety and attention disorders you're starting from a different baseline. So that should be 'effect' people with anxiety disorders differently not 'affect'. Dear frank, you suggested that someone could self diagnose ADD/ADHD by popping a few dexies and seeing if it made them feel more content and relaxed.
That experiment is flawed (who doesn't feel better on dexies?), as is self diagnosis (subjective vs objective?).
