Fresh fruit.

Went out and bought a shiteload of peaches and nectarines from some orchards. Fruit for breakfast and snacks is the best. Nectarines with white flesh > sliced bread.

Attended the opening of Contained - Collected Moments from Christmas Island exhibition at Central TAFE last night.

It was really fucking excellent and I urge anyone with any interest in sculpture at all to go and have a look.

- I finished my most recent graudate rotation today and was completely spoilt with beautiful flowers and an amazing black forrest cake from my colleagues, then taken out for a delicious lunch.
- Super excited about starting my next role with the Browse project which will hopefully mean fairly regular trips to Broome.
- Made awesome gnocchi for dinner
- Gym workout felt awesome even though I was completely unmotivated
- Regular sessions with a grief counsellor, helping me see that I am not being unreasonable and it is normal to move through different stages in your life where things feel very different than they used to
- Left over cake for dessert!

me too! work today was shitty and I crashed and burned by lunch but kept going, however my Friday has finished on an awesome note!

and my little brother comes back next Tuesday from his very long stint/holiday (6-8 months or so) overseas and I miss him so much!. I cannot wait to see him and give him a big big hug and more hugs and see him again. <3 <3 <3

Things I love right now are the simple things. Spent most the night dancing to 80s hip hop with cal, breakers revenge and fresh prince etc then made some levels in smash bros. Now despite not being able to sleep i'm in a comfy bed with fan washing over me and kitten meowing.. I feel good.
