i'm kind of surprised at how many girls i know love that film

still i guess it stands to reason, girls like having a man tell them what to do

    ... i downloaded 300.. really good i thought.

i remember reading something about it having homosexual overtones. i didn't really pick up on that at all.

Came in here to post about it.

Very well written, great acting, interesting plot and based on a very worth story about a program still operating.

plenty of action, plenty of touching moments, brought a few tears to my eyes i'll admit.

Probably the best movie i've seen in a while.

saw the previews for "stomp the yard" UGH

Watched Casino Royale last night, wasn't bad for a Bond film...the storyline seemed a bit disjointed though and Craig David doesnt make a very good Bond. He lacks the style and charisma that Pierce had.

when i started watching it i thought JT was going to be really cheesy and i wouldnt be able to take it seriously (and i love JT) - but surprisingly he was one of the best actors in it i thought, did really well.

Tonight, SBS showed the truly wonderous Vozvrashcheniye (The Return)

Andrei Zvyagintsev's sublime, and very Russian look at father-son relationships took my breath away when I saw it two years ago.

Tonights repeat viewing has firmly shunted it into my 'x favourite films' list.

    Amazing.

i watched napoleon dynamite for the 3rd time, but it was the 1st time i actually laughed... and i laughed a LOT.
also watched baz luhrmanns romeo and juliet... for about the 6th time, and it still doesnt fail to impress. that and BIG are still my favourite films.
tomorrow i plan to watch edward scissorhands, sleepy hollow, garden state and alfie.
im a fucking windowlicker when it comes to movies. i like really slow, dumb, kids movies. i think i have some sort of degenerative brain disorder.

Craig David looks like an ex 9th grade cricket player who never bothered to put suncream on in his playing years and who's gambling capabilities stop at the chook raffle at the clubhouse.

SBS plays a four star, multi-award winning film, and no one saw it?

    Amusing.

It is really great It's not out here yet, we downloaded it. I imagine it will be limited release as it is quite unusual. Apparently it has been in production for 6 years, with Brad Pitt playing the lead. He dropped out over "creative differences" with the director. The part suits Hugh Jackman perfectly, so not a Brad Pitt sort of film.

I fell asleep. Salma Hayek looks fucking sexy playing a murderess, but that's all I remember.

    Grindhouse
Rose McGowan makes a hot amputee. Tarantino is a hack, but I dig it.

just watched teenage mutant ninja turtles.... fairly lame, shouldn't have expected much more, im sure the kids will love it, it is after all a kids movie. the little monster was pretty cute, but how the fuck did he fit into the story ? either im very slow or that was a major oversight...

'Your" comments are always welcome nay encouraged and I look forward to them. You being the telethon child of 2007 who am I discourage you on "your" endeavours? Anyway everytime "your" balls drop "you're" rendered clinically blind so I should be generous in my assessment of "your" nature.
