What a fucking cool night! Very impressed with Slipmatt this time, and had a great night in general.

fuck i had a good night

    EXCEPT FOR ONE FUCKING THING

the fuckface who went into my crate and nicked my cd case. it has the only copy of 2 tunes i made, the lk tune, packers latest "hits" and about 20 other tunes that will mean nothing to you but a lot to me - drop it into the drum club - you can keep all of the tunes except the scope and the krank cd's- other than that if i catch you - i will have serious issues with you
if anyone finds it (black cd case) please drop it in to the drum club and you will earn my drunken gratitude to the point where you wont want it antmore!!!!

I was off my face maaaan...NOT!!! But everyone else seemed to be..or drunk..or both...heheheheheh.. ..
I had the best time and again without any alcohol and drugs...woohoo!!
The atmosphere was definitely one of the best I've ever seen, everyone was so up for it and the whole old skool room was goin mental!
I had so much fun and managed to dance the whole night both in the old skool room and in the d&b room....fuuuck, that night really goes to my top 5

Favourite set: Greg Packer (hey why we dont hear more that kinda stuff in Perth??&#33 and Slipmatt

Weirdest moment: when that dude with an afro came jumpin in front of me...thank god I wasn't pillin, that would have freaked me out..heheheh

    Funniest person drunk: Skittle...mwahahahahah

So big ups for everyone who were there kickin it old skool!

    but...but..I am!..jus kiddin!
Naah, I'm saying it cos it's a real achievement for me not to drink anything when I go out. I'm not saying I'm better than anyone else, no way, I'm usually worse! But Bout 1½weeks ago I decided I wont drink any alcohol or do drugs for a month and of course none of my friends believe me...But I've done for this long already, I think I can do it!

You and me Zara. Exploring the bounds of sobriety

Went to visit some people up in Hillary's with a friend of mine who is moving over east in a few days and who wanted to say goodbye to them. Fair enough. However we got to the Breakwater (I think that is what it was called) and they decided that rather than heading back to Perth as planned they wanted to stay there (until it closed at 12:30 no less) Stupid democracy!! I want a dictatorship with me in charge! I had no transport of my own available and so I was trapped there and by the time we drove back to Perth, got my car and I drove into Northbridge I didnt make it to HomeGrown until about 2:30 May seem kinda pointless getting there then but i was determined! Also had to go on my own as the people I was with decided they were tired I knew I was tired to but thats no excuse!

In the time I had I did manage to check out the place, chat to a few people and have a dance although this was seriously impaired by my body screaming "SLEEP NOW!!"

Place was going off when i got there but it made me realize what a good night I had missed Ah well. Better than nothing.

Yeh i ended up going...kinda unexpectedly!

But i had a terrific night...got there just when Slipmatt came on and pretty much stayed in Oldskool all night til 3:30...great to hear some tunes i haven't heard in yeeearrsss!!! Being the age i am, it reminded me of being 12 years old again listening to Happy Hardcore while in class on a mates discman Slipmatt played soooo many classics, and i went nuts accordingly Vibe was good too...a great night for the few hours i stayed...glad i went!! Now i just gotta do some study

last night was UNBELIEVABLE,my calf muscles are absolutly killing me from dancing all night........

i had soooo much fun, and i can't believe how packed the place got.

who votes to shut down taipan and have drum club take over the entire venue

    oldskool room was going off

    best moment: dancing all night
funniest moment: falling over up the stairs.
    saddest moment: when it finished

big hello to: jazza, i, joey jo jo, kylie, random logic, zara, raya, mollie, ben, goshy, medwin, lizzard, hobo and everybody else

the funny thing is that the place where we are having it doesn't even have a bbq, so i spose we'll have to use the stove

but lets face it, this bbq isn't exactly gonna be about the food

haha, emma you were a fucking mess! were you actually crying because you were loving the tunes so much?

good to see everyone in fine form! Now its time for a nap and then down to the rosemount to have a few drinks for the diggers.

Dunno what your definition of Drum n Bass is Krank but its def different to mine.

I sat out the pots n pans stuff and only danced to the breakbeat hoovery stuff

Big thanks that Interphazer bloke for dropping 'push up the levels' - a favourite old breaks tune of mine.

Hut & Mental played some rather tidy old breaks - very nice, well done lads. Hut whats the name of that last tune you played?!

Shit about getting your stuff nicked Al.. I'd be one angry mofo.

Slipmatt def got the crowd going and I thoroughly enjoyed singing along to "let me be your fantasy" one of my all time favs, but the great man played house anthems from circa 95-97 in there that were just outta place..

    Overall 7 / 10
