in aug 07 i bought my house at a rate of 7.5%

10 days later it went up to 7.68

on the 3rd of oct it went up to 7.83

on the 8th of nov it went up to 8.08

on the 21st jan it went up to 8.23

today it went up ( not even a month later) to 8.35

is this normal, because it's getting ridiculous.

from 7.5 to 8.35 in under 6 months is over $300 dollars difference a month, let alone over the loan period.

um i think if you're a tall girl (such as myself) then to some extent, your options are limited. i'm 5'11 and most guys are not THAT tall. also there's the issue of not just finding a tall guy, but one that you're actually attracted to (face, personality, dress sense etc).
