Surely the 'Tune/s of the Week' thread is for people to post the songs that they are currently listening to regularly/alot not just the tunes that they went out and bought recently - That idea completely undermines the purpose of the thread in my eyes.

If however, it was intended that the thread was to involve only tunes that are freely available in Perth, Western Australia then its title isn't quite adequate. Perhaps something along the lines of 'Tune/s that have recently (within a week) been released in Perth Western Australia that DJ's or people who would like to be DJ's buy and then listen to.' might be more apt. Pedantic? Yes. Cynical? definitely.

I would like to clarify my earlier post for those that wish be enlightened. The Polar tunes that I mentioned (Lectric / Out of the Blue / The Other Side) are not available here in Perth (to the best of my knowledge) yet. They will be released sometime in the form of a new LP called 'Out of the Blue' (I think) that is CD only. Sooner or later, two prominent tracks from the LP will be released as a 12" - Out of the Blue / The Other Side on Certificate18.

The tunes that I post in this/these thread(s) are tunes that I listen to and enjoy very much. They don't need to have been officially released here in Perth and I don't have to have bought them to have an opinion.

its a bit repetitive, and doesnt really progress much, the two are not exactly gems, however i have not taken my copy back.

"Vessel" is certainly more "intelligent" than the Pacman Rmx.
