    for lunch at work i like to make some mi goreng with bok choy, shredded chicken and a poached egg on top. oriental supermarkets are the go for cheap yummy and sometimes wierd azn food.

    ..today I had a "coronation chicken"(chicken,cream cheese,tomato chutney all mixed up and lettuce)roll and a choc chic muffin, from Smoked Salmon in West Perth

    best muff ever!

    i just had a nandos chicken wrap

    it was nice - but rather small, i will stick to the burger for $1 extra from now on.

    I only got up at 2pm.....

    Altho I have a meal at 1am in the morning at work....

    Usually it is either pizza or maccas....

    healthy=prob not

    i only eat low gli foods so its hard to find stuff out that you can have so i usually bring mine from home ...

    my sister made this awesome thai beef salad that sounds similar. inthink she just used lettuce instead of cabbage though, with crunchy noodles, marinated beef strips, penuts, lime coriander etc etc. it was SOOOO good.

    lunch here isnt all that great. like they dont have foodhalls. and most lunch places sell pretty much the same thing, so its usually a roll or sandwich for me. they are pretty big on stuffed jacket potatos here... but i havent had one. paul and rob like them

    today i will have a salad and homous wrap from pret a mangers. and maybe a skiiny blueberry muffin from starbucks
