    Default Accomodation Swap (Studio or Similar) - St Kilda - Melbourne - Dec 17th - Jan 28th

    Hi there,

    I have a 5 star studio in the heart of St Kilda (Grey & Delgetty) available for a house swap from Dec 17 - Jan 28 or part there of. Ideally looking to swap accomodation (studio. house or similar) with someone within 7km of Perth CBD.

    This Studio is 5 star and currently rents for $375/wk, it has a sun room, lounge room, adjioning study, fully equiped kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite.

    Looking to make a decision by Dec 13th.
