Loving Facebook at the moment. Just been added by a girl i used to work with at uni, about 3-4 yrs ago, and subsequently found some more mates I'd lost contact with.

Pretty much the same in my case bar a few. Most of my buddies are people that I went to school with over 15 years ago! It's a cool site just for uploading holiday photos as it's so easy to resize, rotate and send them in bulk lots with the site plugin.

i'm really hating all these superpoke / superwall / emotion bla bla applications that people are repping on facebook. it's gone from a site of sharing photos with friends etc to my friends throwing cake at each other while at work and dryhumping each other with superpoke :/ maybe i'm just a purist

Facebook its a handy thing, I have found a whole worlds of friends that have been lost to me. All I can say is I hope they don't start abusing the old poke, as that seems to be a bit of a pain in the arse.

facebook does not stop you from real life talking. It just means, when youre in lectures, at work, studying etc you can sneak on to a website where you can interact with people making sitting at a computer a little less boring.

Its not for everyone, but i think these sites are quite good

i dont think you can look at strangers unless your friends.

i seem to see who my friends are friends with and then slowly discover people i havent seen or heard of in years. Find out they're now married, preggers, gay, in jail, etc.

surprisingly i use it to keep in touch with friends o/s, and believe it or not talk to people who i haven't talked to in years by way of seeing them in my friends list of friends, etc... at the mo i'm starting to upload pics to my fecal book to have some sort of online repository of my life, and am also realising that i don't have many photos of my life I will also use it while traveling cos it automatically resizes pics on your desktop hence very quick to upload pics and make albums on the fly with nice descriptions etc...

i also use it during work hours to 'poke' friends, and i also met my first wife there with a superpoke, as opposed to normal poke..

all in all it's alrite still... I should also mention that due to my field of study (engineering) no-one stays in perth , so it's nice to see a new album pop up ever other day from all different parts of the world, like ireland, or turkey, or HOUSTON, wow
