    Default CD's Changin Quality

    hey guys!!

    i use cdj's and have been using the same cd's for awhile until i bought another brand the other day....i dont know whether its my ears goin crazy but i swear theres a difference in sound! does the cd's you use to put your music on alter how it sounds depending on the cd?? (as in if i buy cheaper cd's will it sound shitter???)

    if so whats the best way to get the quality out of the cdjs - as in best brand cds, best way to burn them etc

    any help would be great

    Umm I would only think the bitrate of the actual files would make a difference to the quality of sound... I don't think the actual CDs would make a difference to the sound quality. They can make a difference for access speeds and reliability and such but I doubt sound quality eh...

    cheers!!

    having them as an audio cd instead of a data disk/mp3disk has made it alot easier to get to certain parts of the song, for sound quality....fuck i swear its made a difference but its probably just me trippin out, thanx anyway lads

    ummmmm can't really see how we helped but... you're welcome eh.

    Maybe what your playing them on works better with CD audio rather than a compressed format? Not sure if that can make a difference but if it's given better results then more power to you I guess.
