Just d/loading the new eps of Dexter ... anyone seens them yet ? .. is it the goods ?
Loving the new entourage too![]()
Bailey says goodbye to Buzzcocks
It certainly does suck. Could have at least got some better guest captains though. Noel Fielding was a worthy fill in last series.
I have finally got up to speed with Entourage. The ep where they take mushies in the desert was absolute brilliance!
My guilty pleasure at the moment is pushing daisies. Its so quirky and fun and I can't help but smile like a moron whilst watching it.
Whatever you do, do not watch a series called Valentines, very lame... even more so trance!
Its about some gods who try to make people fall in love... just trust when I say don't even consider it. Save your quota for some goat pr0n or sumthing.
New Dexter
New Californication
and as much as Heroes isn't what it used to be, I'm still enjoying it![]()
Introducing MC Noskills and DJ lessskillsthanMC!!
Oh! I also love new Pushing Daisies!
It is by far my most favourite show at the moment![]()

can't get enough of Entourage, Californication and Sarah Connor Chronicles atm
ep 4 season 2 of Californication has to be the best ep so far. its fukn hilarious.
just finshed watching ep 7 season 5 Entourage. next few episodes look to be awesome now that Ari has been offered the job head of a major movie studio. It started off slow but season 5 is starting to get much better.
hey how many episodes of a tv series do you go before giving it the yay or nay?
2?
3?
does it depend how long it is?
no chocolate!
id say 3 - 45min eps.
new heroes WOO!
finally got through all of supernatural - watching the new eps now XD
Most series I would allow 2 eps though with that show I mentioned previously (Valentines) I watched 10 mins of the actual show skipped forward another 5 mins, skpipped forward another 5 mins then turned off my xbox and deleted the episode from my hard drive.
Anyone into cooking shows?
I've developed a liking for this show called Feasting on Waves.
After watching the first 4 eps I so badly want to make johnny cakes. Its a great documentary style cooking/travel show which makes me want to cook a new recipe after each show... Actually now that I think about it I have cooked something after watching each episode.
"In this spin off of Food Network's Feasting on Asphalt, host Alton Brown takes to the waters instead of the streets to find the most authentic food in each area he visits. Alton and his crew will sail the Caribbean on the same course Christopher Columbus embarked on in 1492.
Season One Mission Statement:
My Mission, to push past the cruise ship buffets and chain food eateries to seek out true island cuisine - wherever it may be. It's a tough job, but one that needs doing, I'm Alton Brown and this is Feasting on Waves."
I just realised I have used all my peak quota![]()
Damn you internets.
on tv i give it a minimum of 2, or maximum of 6 if i think theres potential but the first eps are a bit meh
shows like lost (seasons 1 & 2) kind of ruined tv for me because now if i watch a new episode of something and dont go OMGWTFBBQ immediately i tend to write it off, which isn't always fair. alot of series take at least a half a season to get into thier swing, but if it doesnt grab me by ep 5 i'm usually not inclined to wait around for it anymore
sumdae i be big and u be sowry
lost season 5 trailer - http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/10/22/...son-5-trailer/
haven't read the thread, but Fringe is a good show to check - written by the same guys as Lost.
Dexter is done with!
Could only watch 5 minutes into the new ep and had to turn it off. Fucking Dexter hanging out with his knocked up bitch thinking about marriage for one of his tedious think alongs and then cutting to a BBQ with fucking Jimmy Smits.
The Shield however is firing up for its finale.
I just picked up the third season of My Name Is Earl.
And got a TV on DVD sampler with the fist episodes from Bones S2, Boston Legal S4 and Prison Break S3 on it.
Take this loveCalls your nameNo need to walk aloneFrom nowhere to now here
i love heroes s3 at the mo, im up to episode 5. its added a lot of dimension to the characters, i like the way they are blurring the lines between good and evil, making you think twice about certain people and their true motivations. plus its revealing a lot of good plot points that shows like lost took a bit too long to do.
i wanna start watching bsg properly - i hear nothing but good about it, ive only seen a few eps of season 1 but what i saw was ace.
also keen to check out sarah connor new season - i liked the first one, apart from the way it took a while to get going.
ooh that could be very cool. while i was reading them i kept going 'this would make a great move/TV show'
Only the Polytron reduces an entire mouse to a soup-like homogenate in 30 seconds
only just watched breaking bad season 1... really good!
watching ep 1 of season 1 - pushing daisies.
HA! love it
i just finished all of supernatural, time to start on this i think
how many seasons are there?
I think it's up to episode 5 in season 2

Introducing MC Noskills and DJ lessskillsthanMC!!
Dead Set - holy shit this is the most awesome mini series this year lolz ... contestants on a reality game show find they are at ground zero for a zombie outbreak - and, its all filmed on the actually real big brother set hahahaha ... zombie tv vs zombie plague! hahaha
Dead Set - http://www.e4.com/deadset/
i'm hooked on "John form Cincinatti "at the moment ... pretty surreal in parts
bummed it got cancelled after one season
tonite im getting complete series of:
1/ peep show
2/ mitchell and webb look
3/ mitchell and webb experience
<3 it!
YOU SLAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MadTV and Stupid, Stupid Man are both shows that I am enjoying of late (dunno if MadTV is shown on free to air though).
Watching the next season in line of The L Word, it gets a bit better as it goes along and I get addicted at times...even when it's not that great an episode, your pants will still be stimulated. Sexual.
The chick drama made for men too.

That's what she said.
I am not sure whether to believe he actually means that or not. Not for everyone I guess but i'd say it would appeal to some men![]()
That's what she said.
Gossip girl.. finally getting the time to marathon catch up on the episodes of season two .. chuck bass <3
There's one girl (the "i dunno if i'm lesbian but i'm going to have girl sex anyway" one) that is mildly cute and has a reasonable body - the rest are just.... normal. None of them I'd get all worked up about.
Couple that with the shit writing and ridiculously boring plot line, and it makes for one insanely boring show. It's still better than Hollyoaks though.
haha i was never on the l-words side! I gave it an episode and now it only ever gets put on when Amber complains.
i downloaded that clone wars dvd today. Although Fallout3 is waiting at the post office for me, hoping I can get at least half an hour in tonight before doing other stuff.
been watching clone wars past couple days.
meh.
the new south park ep is FANTASTIC!
obamaaaaaaaa!
Over the last 2 weeks I have watched the first 3 seasons of 'Weeds'. Fucking LOVE that show!!!
Who has season 4?
Coming up for TLOY Perth:
Octave One (live)
Ben Sims
Robert Hood
I am so fucking behind, the last few weeks Shorty, her cuz and me have been thrashing Dexter. Upto Season 2... last night I caught myself looking at the DVD case and wondering how I could grind the next 3 episodes down and inject it into my jugular.
By the way, Chud is Biznatch.
