in keeping with the start of season, I'm starting my Friday Night Lights marathon

    Glee is actually quite hilarious

    Really enjoyed Hung, funny show.

The last episode of True Blood was pathetic.. the entire second half of second series was a bit sucky.

Its funny, whwere do these home and away actors come from? Another one is going to be playing Thor in the new Thor and Avengers movies ... its that Chris Hemsworth dude. wtf???

Half way through the second season of TB. Lot more intense than the last season, Sookie still hot as ever though <3

The Wire just keeps getting better and better. Just finished Season Two and watched first episode of Season 3.

    Poor old Frank Sobotka.

What a great show. Real slow burner. Some magic characters. Omar is a classic. Love the Stringer Bell character too

    great series.
And so your life's been a success and you have pleasure in excess
Don't worry it will all end soon, the crack of doom is coming soon
And so your future's looking bright and you've reached the giddy heights
Don't worry it will soon end. It is all shallow and pretend.

Ive only seen the first couple of eps of FNL but if you love the movie, then you'll love the series.

Glee is very clever - I love musicals, I love Glee ... but it quite quirky and the characters are well thought out, and at times, they make you cringe with their .. cringeworthyness. its great.

We need to collectively admit that we’re not fine. We’re not confident and balanced and good. We turn up to work every day pretending we’re not neurotic and obsessed and insatiable and full of doubt. And we waste so much energy keeping up this mutual pretence for each other because we think if people saw the truth, if people really knew what was going on in your head, all the crazy truth of your dark appetites and self-loathing, then you’d get rejected.

But, in fact, the opposite is true. It’s when we dare to reveal the truth that we unwittingly give everyone else permission to do the same. To stop holding their breath for a moment and actually come into the room. To be here, present, vulnerable and authentic.

i found both Sobotka and D'Angelos fates very depressing.

the whole corruption thing, people working hard towards an impossible goal etc. its realistic and depressing.

Only recently started Oz. So awesome, half way through season 2 as yet...

Watching the X-Men animated series from the early 90's too. SO much better than the movies.

Oz is dope. I think I got up to half-way through the fifth season before I stopped for some reason. I've been meaning to finish it!

I've recently been rewatching The Sopranos, up to season 6 now. So heavy, but so good.

You're entering the vicinity of an area adjacent to a location, the kind of place where there might be a monster or some kind of weird mirror. These are just examples. It could also be something much better. Prepare to enter... The Scary Door.

you know, originally i found the end of the series so unsatisfying, but after recently reading this analysis i think it's brilliant. it's a long read made longer due to some spelling errors and questionable diction, but the detail this guy goes into is just staggering.

I have run out of weeds. Its a crying shame, even though it was getting sorta lame there for a bit.

I'd love to get more Sean Pertwee and Tom Baker Doctor Who episiodes.
