I was especially proud of myself in that I had to submit a portfolio. Usually, if we get accepted by our university then that's enough to get us through, but this university asked for a portfolio so I whipped one up in a day and it managed to beat other peoples work. They mighta been in the same situation, but still, all those long nights, raging out and wall bashing are starting to pay off

Chicago is America's leading Green City as well (something I only just learned!) Their Mayor seems rather progressive and has implemented many green policies for new building constructions. It really is going to be fricken amazing. It's 1 thing reading about green buildings in books, and reading about how they regulate temperature and how they perform this way and that, but it's something else completely actually experiencing it. Cements it in your brain!
