Double sided (top = front, bottom = back ... or vice versa obviously), 300gsm matt laminated finish. Came up better than I expected. Got them done at Hero Print in East Perth.

The grey strips are to match my current website design/colours

Although now I've decided to overhaul the site soon. So yeh, the site and cards may change a little bit in the coming months. I only got 250 printed and I'd like to change the artwork on them regularly...

How much do you crop your shots?
ie: Were you only intending to get the chest-down of that 2nd photo, or did you shoot her whole body and later decide to crop it?

I'm trying to think the process out in my head and I guess it would be easier to 'shotgun' an entire scene and then choose the bits you want later... but then you run the risk of the snippit you want not being high enough resolution?

Food for my thought anyway

I try to get the shot pretty much exactly how I want it when I shoot, so usually I don't have to do too much cropping. Its recommended that you always leave a little bit of space around the sides of your subject to allow for cropping just as a way to make sure that you get everything in the photo, I don't really think to do that when I shoot though, and I've screwed up a couple of photos because of it.

With that particular photo all I did was rotate the photo to get it straight and crop the sides a touch. I deliberately shot the photo like that at the time as it would be boring and too obvious just to take a photo of a hot looking girl with nothing creative about it.
