Well, the flyers were a quick fix by management to get this night promoted. We didn't get much of a look in when they were being made. We'll get it right though.

a mate of mine does the flyers and is usually good. As M-ky said these where pretty rushed and we arent happy wid em also.

Another batch should be up for us to proof or if ya can think of something better let me know and we see what we can work out.

this exactly happened to me, thought id take a break from mfi and stroll down to the soda room to check it out but the cunt on the door wouldnt let me in becuase i also had sports shoes on. i looked respectable but still that wasnt enough.

Satdee nite is supposed to be a variation of genres from liquid funk(and poppy) dnb, to breaks, to tech and prog.
I had this problem last weekend when i was playing and they were gonna refuse entry to mates of mine before i stepped in and they werent untidy at all as compared to the wannabe bad ass mo fo's that get into Nick alexanders room next door.

Bouncers get an egotrip about being an 'authoritor' really shits me. But I guess what else have they got to do if they let everybody in and stand around being bored shitless. It's especially annoying when there are punters walking out looking scraggy or donning gear that you have on while you are being refused entry or being singled out.

Yeah I had to get Craig the manager to let him in, just wish he didnt call the bouncer a tosser before hand tho. Oh well.

the church niteclub wouldnt let my friends in a while back with 3/4 pants on!! they were dressed fairly smartly too .. just the pants weren't allowed?

if you ask me dress codes at nightclubs are stupid .. you're basically turning away bar sales and general profit!!!

i mean, i can understand if some dude wants to walk in wearing thongs and short shorts ... but neat, dressy casual with 3/4 pants is going over the top imo!

i know!! and this was in summertime!! i see no absolute need for full length pants inside a nightclub where body heat alone is overly comfortable .. much less it being summer as well!!

girls have the option to wear skirts in summer.. what are the guys meant to wear to escape some of the heat?? cruel if you ask me!

Craig the manager was a bit disturbed by these current happenings and is gonna ensure the Roid Boys use a bit better judgement on peoples attire. basically if ur shoes arent grotty, old or covered in shite you should be right(as long as the rest of ya is pretty hip and shmicko).......if there are any problems than ask for craig and he'll deal with the matter.

i wasnt too fussed, but i still would have liked to have checked it out! these shoes arent grotty at all, they're clean, white skatey-type shoes worn with dark jeans an off the shoulder top, so it wasnt like i was looking like a bogan or anything, just the bouncer might have had a stilleto fetish i dont know

if the bouncers were a little more reasonable i doubt the night would have been quiet, because the people standing on the street would have been inside *L* anyway at least you know now, so you can let the bouncers/manager etc know whats going on
