Yea its all nice now. Attivo is in the main group of shops (where the fish n chips place is) and Clarkes is just up the road next door to the squash centre

It makes a nice change yo! Last night was sweaty times, my panting and lolling tongue must have been freaking them out or something...
You're entering the vicinity of an area adjacent to a location, the kind of place where there might be a monster or some kind of weird mirror. These are just examples. It could also be something much better. Prepare to enter... The Scary Door.

he's a bit of a douche - but nice oysters.

actually i coughed up an awesome lung oyster this morn. grey/off white, few grainy bits. would have gone down a treat slightly chilled with a bit of chili and lemon

I love oysters with a dash of tabasco. My family live near Coffin bay and my sister and I went to the oyster sheds and bought them for like $6 for a dozen oysters! We sat on the beach and ate them. Best evers!

I love oysters, but always HAVE to buy them unshucked/fresh.

its amazing how Oysters that have been sitting around shucked for some time lose that fresh burst of flavour that comes with them having been freshly shucked (or even better, straight off the rocks). I mean, even an hour after shucking and kept on ice, and half the flavour is lost.

i hate it when they are served all 'watery' like you have to drain about 5ml of water sitting in them before you can tobasco those lil mofos up

i love the 'juice'. i used to think it was just 'water/ocean', but it is so much more. I cant have a teaspoon of salt water and yummmmm in ectasy, but fresh oyster juice= YES. granted tho tabasco'ing them up or lemon/lime, they do need to be drained.

We hit Must Winebar for the first time in ages. I always order the same thing - chicken liver parfait and oysters for entree (we share) and then the entree size angel hair pasta with blue manna crab for main. BEST oysters in Perth, always so plump and delicious, the pasta had giant chunks of crab through it too. We finished with a cheese platter for 2. Pretty rich and decadent meal but nice for a treat. The power went out for the last 20 mins we were there but everyone kept eating and talking, we looked fabulous in the dark.

    Yumm that sounds amazing!!

Went out for dinner last night at Modo Mio with a group of friends (including tsers such as Sistymatic & Bassix) & I also had a pasta with crab... "Homemade black ink fettuccine, crab, scallops, zucchini, white wine, garlic, chilli, fresh tomato" .. plus chilli mussels, a slice of the most amazing seafood pizza & some lemon flavoured cuttlefish risotto. Still full this morning but it was all so good.

That fettuccine was so good!! Also ventured out of my culinary comfort zone and tried beef capaccio for the first time, didn't taste like raw beef at all. Definitely going back to try the lamb rack, I was having severe food envy looking at that.

Hit up Clancy's Fish Pub in City Beach last night for their Reef and Beef... At $48 it's quite dear but OMG the steak is perfectly cooked and the two giant prawns on top are delish... some fried mice on the side and a glass of sangria made for a lovely meal

The waitress who took our bill at the end was pretty bad. But I think she was just bad at maths and it was stressing her out. One of the waiters asked us if we wanted to come back and check out all the oysters he had in his fridge at home!

My friend was working there too so it was pretty awesome making him wait on us
