This is FUCKING INSANE. People got the shit kicked out of them by army troops with assault rifles, helicopters circling the event which was on private land and 100% insured/legally approved.
Tear gas, dogs attacking girls, the works.

I remember an intense police presence at Sonik98, I left just as the whole thing got shut down. There was police all over the place but nothing like this.
Check the video for soldiers beating down ravers. Deep!

jesus christ. someone needs to get that footage to reuters and cnn. If they won't cooperate then they should plaster it on as many web-based news services as possible. This is clearly an abuse of power and a true sign that the US has become a police state now.
