Ministry of Sound: Addicted to Bass Tour

Featuring Bombs Away and Kid Kenobi

Friday 6 July

Villa Nightclub

189 Stirling St, Perth

Doors open 10pm

The newest series from Ministry of Sound is mainlining into Villa on tonight – get ready for the Addicted to Bass Tour featuring Bombs Away and Kid Kenobi!

Addicted to Bass is bang-up full of the biggest speaker crunching dubstep, bassline electro, drum and bass and moombahton. Set to reprogram the music world, Perth’s own Bombs Away are Ministry of Sound’s newest party-starters. The boys team up with bass music aficionado, Kid Kenobi to filter the lowest of frequencies, dragged out breakdowns and epic drops into a sub-sonic slice of electronic music madness.

So just how big are the acts?

Bombs Away held down five places on the ARIA chart concurrently along with Top 10’s on iTunes, DJdownload, DJtunes and Beatport charts. Their track, ‘Swagger’ rocked national and Ministry of Sound radio and was so huge they named their US tour after it. Bombs Away are naughty – the only thing with a bigger reputation than their behaviour is their music and with releases like ‘Big Booty Bitches’ and ‘SUPERSOAKER’, it’s easy to see why.

The only thing Perth is more addicted to than bass music is Kid Kenobi. He satisfies the crowd over and over again, dropping badass basslines like a mofo. He is the champion of breaking genres and everything, absolutely everything, The Kid touches turns to gold.

Addicted to Bass will leave you shaking, sweating and craving more.

Support: Wasteland, Ace Basik, JS

Tickets: $25+BF from Moshtix
