It’s extremely rare in this day and age to find new pioneers who work tirelessly day in and day out to constantly push the boundaries of harder music. Hard Dance & Hardcore’s newest superstar, Kutski, aptly fits this description and is without doubt the most exciting cross over talent to emerge from the UK in the past decade.

With his infamous technical ability, incorporating DMC-style scratching and mixing into every perfectly constructed set, it’s not difficult to see why he has earned the tag ‘The People’s Favourite’. Also voted UK’s No.1 Hard Dance DJ in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll, Kutski scooped up awards for ‘Best UK Hard DJ’ and ‘Outstanding Achievement’ in the 2010 Hard Dance Awards 2010 as well as Best Hard Dance DJ in the Hardcore Heaven Awards.

His weekly BBC Radio One show has grown from strength to strength – the very first time Hard Dance & Hardcore has had a weekly format to reach out to new audiences and his unique appreciation for musical diversity and immense musical knowledge has led to his appointment at DJ Magazine as their newest hard dance and hardcore column writer.

Kutski has played at every major festival worth its salt over the summer including Defqon One, Creamfields, Dance Valley, Global Gathering, Electrocity, Escape into the Park, Run to the Sun, Sanctuary, Planet Love, Coloursfest and Parklife and was the only UK act to play both Defqon One in Holland and Australia!

The term superstar DJ is often thrown around carelessly but if you’re talking about being top of the pack in popularity and having that edge, if you’re talking natural exuberance and awe-inspiring deck-man ship – then Kutski is today’s true reigning ‘Superstar DJ’
